48×16 Canvas Art Prize Awarded

Late last month I announced that Great Big Canvas was sponsoring our latest prize challenge for a 48″ x 16″ canvas photo art print of the winner’s choice. Early this month we sent our newsletter subscribers a short 3 question entry “quiz” about Great Big Canvas and then drew a winner from among our readers who had answered the quiz questions correctly. (For the question having to do with which photo they liked most all answers were considered correct since it was entirely subjective in nature.)

We now have a winner. Her name is Sandi Uhl and she is from Delaware, OH.

I sent her an email congratulating her on winning and she sent the following reply (and gave me permission to share it):

My choice of photo is #76593, the golf course Maui, HI. My husband fell in love with this shot the minute he saw it. He is an avid golfer and for our 30th wedding anniversary we took a trip to Maui and he played several of the courses in Wailea. He said this particular photo reminded him of one of the signature holes there. We are both delighted as when we look at this picture it will remind us of our wonderful trip.

I am very pleased to award this large photo canvas art print to Sandi. I’m glad it will remind her and her husband of their joyful trip and their 30th wedding anniversary.
